Our training system is based on Paul Chek’s “4 Doctors Weight Loss System” which is designed to empower individuals over 30 to stop fad dieting and learn to eat in a way that is sustainable for life.
We know that making changes can be challenging. But this is why there are high levels of support and accountability at our weight loss center within the guidelines of an easy, step-by-step system in which results are seen within the first month.
