Drew has been training clients for 7 years. During his first two years, he worked at a powerlifting gym, training strength athletes before moving on to start his own business. During that time, he trained hundreds of people with vastly different goals before dedicating himself to specializing in women’s health and fitness. He has been lifting weights, learning, and obsessing over wellness for over a decade. Drew has certifications as a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and ACE Personal Trainer and specializes in holistic barbell training, lifestyle coaching, pain, posture, and weight loss.

Josh Reed is a dedicated wellness coach driven by a profound passion for empowering individuals on their journey to optimal health and fitness through strength training and nutrition.

His venture began over ten years ago. While working in a physical therapy setting, he decided to dedicate time to experiencing and learning the many avenues of the fitness world.  Lifting heavy, and food, have always been two of his favorite things.  This fueled his desire to find his niche – the sport of weightlifting, also known as Olympic style lifting.

Justin’s passion for coaching started with his personal struggles with addiction and physical pain. This experience created a deep understanding of the struggles people go through and a desire to help facilitate their growth and healing through stretching, nutrition, and functional strength. He has a desire to help people learn to manage stress, reduce or eliminate soft tissue; joint pain, and develop healthy lifestyle and coping habits.
