This comprehensive strength training program is

designed for YOU

“You have to have a break DOWN to have a break THROUGH.”

The certified coaches at Be Here Now teach the skill of strength training, right here in Harrisburg. They teach strength training in the form of barbell movements such as Squat, Deadlift, Bench and Overhead Press. These lifts are quite technical and even dangerous when not taught by a strength and conditioning coach.

Although the focus of this program is strength in the form of barbell training, olympic lifting or powerlifting, it is still well rounded and customized for you.  We do so by providing a full one-hour assessment and a corrective exercise program to resolve pain or postural issues as well.  The coaches also teach the skill of functional strength to ensure you are stable and flexible so you can move freely and reduce the risk of injury for sports and/or for everyday life. You will often be using balance beams, bosu balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, swiss balls, cable machines, and your own body weight to reach your goals.

With the principle of Dr. Quiet, you'll learn how to incorporate the simple practice of quiet meditation into your life.

The principle of Dr. Movement will get your body moving in ways that help promote healthy metabolic function, lose fat mass, and increase muscle mass. In addition, we'll evaluate your body posture and identify the source of existing body pain.

Our functional training is unlike other training services. Oftentimes your average trainer will choose random exercises for you or will give out cookie cutter programs to every client which can cause injury, dysfunction, and be repetitive and boring . Our goal with our functional training services is to create a program specific to your goals that will restore your body and be modified regularly so you don’t adapt, keep learning and have fun.
